We provide the machine, gas & meat for roasting (hog, lamb, beef, chicken, goat...)

DIY: We set up the equipment, show you the procedure, and return to collect the following day.

Chef included: we attend with a chef to cook, carve & serve. We clean and tidy up.

Additional extras available - apple sauce, buns, various cold salads, etc.
